Terms of Service

By creating an account or using mahalkita.ph, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and mahalkita.ph, operated from Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines.

• ·You must be at least 18 years old to use mahalkita.ph.
• ·You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• ·You may not use the platform if you have been previously banned.
• ·By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@mahalkita.ph if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be removed.

You agree to use mahalkita.ph honestly, respectfully, and in good faith. You may not:

• ·Create a fake, impersonating, or misleading profile
• ·Post photos that are not of yourself, or photos of minors
• ·Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
• ·Send unsolicited sexual or offensive messages
• ·Solicit money, gifts, loans, or financial assistance from other users
• ·Promote, advertise, or solicit any product, service, or third-party platform
• ·Share another user's private information without their explicit consent
• ·Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or interact with the platform
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• ·Use the platform for any illegal purpose under Philippine law

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting it, you grant mahalkita.ph a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others.

mahalkita.ph provides tools to help you discover and connect with other users. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or any particular outcome. The platform is a tool — relationships are built by people.

Messages between matched users are private. Do not share or screenshot conversations without the other person's consent.

Verified badges indicate that a user has submitted a selfie and government-issued ID for review by our team. Verification confirms identity, not background or character. Exercise your own judgment when meeting anyone in person.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your profile will be removed and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

mahalkita.ph is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of user profiles.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any in-person meetings. Always meet in public places and tell someone you trust where you are going.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mahalkita.ph and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines.

We encourage you to contact us first at contact@mahalkita.ph to resolve any concern before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
